Funded by Dutchess County Workforce Investment Board, this youth employment program runs from July to August. Open to youth ages 14-19 who are enrolled in school (or just graduating), living in Dutchess County, and income eligible. Beginning with an orientation from July 10-12th, youth are provided with basic training + soft job skills, resume building + mock interviews, as well as financial literacy before being matched with a worksite in the community.
