What you’ll need:
Wear warm, comfortable clothes suitable for lying down.
Have a mostly empty stomach, avoiding heavy meals at least 30 minutes prior to arrival.
Bring a mat, (or borrow one from RHCC)
(Optional but highly recommended)
A blanket for comfort (or borrow one from RHCC)
Something to cover your eyes to help minimize light and deepen your experience. This can be an eye cover, scarf, or t-shirt.
