Yoga Beginners Series (on Saturdays from 11am-12:30pm for 4 weeks starting March 2nd) is designed for very beginners or those who are returning to their practice and would like to start with the fundamentals.
Basic yoga postures, breathing practices and sun salutations will be included. We will emphasize practicing at an appropriate and safe level for each individual. Please dress in comfortable clothing that allows for movement. It is recommended that meals are not taken at least one hour before class.
Please bring a mat if you have one or borrow one courtesy of RHCC. Barbara Eichin has been practicing yoga for over 25 years and holds a 200 hour Vinyasa style certification.
